My Dog Ate My Shoes!

I’ll never forget the day when my 4 month old Pomeranian tore apart one of my $50 sandals! I wasn’t too happy, to say the least! Looking back on it, there were definitely things that I could have done to prevent this chewing disaster (putting my sandals away in the closet is the first thing that comes to mind) but nonetheless, dogs will be dogs and dogs like to chew. There’s a bunch of reasons why they do this, but if dog chewing becomes a problem, you may need to take some preventive measures around the house.
